Scrolling through old agendas to find that one key decision or digging through a document for the last occurrence of a meeting to prepare for tomorrow isn’t a problem for Agenda Keeper users. And now, with recurring meeting series pages, meeting management just got even easier.

With dedicated recurring meeting series pages, it’s even easier and faster to share updates with your attendees and maintain continuity between meetings. Past agendas, upcoming discussions, and future plans are all organized and just a click away.

Where to find your recurring meeting pages

Each of your meetings always has its own unique URL, whether it’s a recurring meeting or a standalone meeting. This is designed to help you link to the date of any meeting that you need to open or share. But when you want to see your meeting history and future meeting agendas, it can be cumbersome to scroll through all of your meetings to find the one you’re looking for—until now!

When you log in to your Agenda Keeper dashboard, you’ll see that your recurring meetings now have a folder icon next to them. Opening that link will take you to your recurring meeting series page, where you can effortlessly revisit agendas, share the meeting history with your colleagues, or simply focus on preparing for your next gathering.

How to use recurring meeting series pages

Once you’ve opened your recurring meeting series page, you’re greeted with an organized timeline of every past and future meeting in that series. From this view, you can:

  • Open any agenda to update topics, check action items, or review at key decisions
  • Quickly navigate between meetings
  • Share or bookmark the recurring series URL so you and your team always have a direct link to the entire meeting history (and future)

This means that instead of scrolling through your meeting agendas, you can quickly jump to every agenda in that meeting series. Neat, huh?

Not just a convenience

Recurring meetings are the bulk of many workdays and making them easier to manage isn’t just a convenience, it’s a game-changer for how you organize and collaborate. The meeting series page boosts efficiency, contextual continuity, collaboration, and organization.

Sharing a complete series with new team members or stakeholders instantly? Check. Jumping straight to the information you need so nothing slips through the cracks? Get it done faster than ever. Keep work clean, organized, and consistent? Yep, that’s covered too. Spend less time with the administration of your meetings and more time focusing on meaningful conversations and accomplishing the work you’ve set out to do.

What’s coming next

In the future, you’ll be able to edit your meeting series’ standard agenda from this page as well. That means recurring agendas, like daily standups or weekly check-ins, can be updated across the board with one easy change.

Recurring meeting series pages are live in your Agenda Keeper dashboard now. Log in and look for the folder icon next to your recurring meeting to see a meeting series page for yourself today.
