COMING SOON

Recurring meetings, collections, and a smoother start for new sign-ups.

New

  • Recurring meetings get a clearer chip: choose Weekly, Biweekly or Monthly, and open a details card to see the schedule.

  • New agendas create a collection for their series by default, and you can opt out.

  • The Collections panel shows one card per collection, with Upcoming, Now and Past meetings.

  • Manage an agenda’s collections from a chip menu, in the agenda header and on rows in your Keeper.

Improved

  • New action items, notes and decisions are no longer saved until you type something.

  • Agenda Keeper tells you when a connected app is behind and should be reconnected.

1.2.1

November 3, 2026

MCP launched! Agenda Keeper in your AI assistant, plus Decisions and sharing in batches.

New

  • Agenda Keeper in your AI assistant (beta). Connect Claude or ChatGPT and just ask, like “What’s on my agenda tomorrow?” or “What did we decide about the offsite?” It reads your agendas, action items and decisions, and with your OK it builds agendas, shares them, and sends the link on your schedule. Pro accounts can turn it on in Settings → API & MCP. Claude Code, Codex and your own scripts work too.

  • Decisions. Record decisions right on the agenda, and find them again on collections, in your Keeper, in search, and on the new Decisions page.

Improved

  • Sharing in batches: pick who gets the agenda link, send it now or schedule it, and see each person’s share history.

  • Toolbar icons show their names when you point at them.

  • The assignee list now shows only people who can be assigned.

  • In a topic, Tab now goes straight from the title to the description.

Fixed

  • iPhone no longer zooms into text fields.

  • On a phone, form buttons stay within reach.

  • A stuck tab now reloads itself.

  • Side panels no longer drag the whole page when you scroll past the end.

1.2.0

October 23, 2026

Smoother dragging and panels on phones, and settings that save reliably.

New

  • On a phone, you can pull the panels that slide up from the bottom to a taller size for more room.

Improved

  • Panels on a phone now glide between sizes and slide away cleanly when you close them.

  • Reordering topics on a phone is easier: hold the grip to lift a topic, and it moves straight up and down and settles into place.

  • On a phone, the Undo message no longer covers the Collections list, and collection rows are easier to tap.

Fixed

  • Collection rules now save reliably: the meeting name filter saves as you type, and the calendar picker opens on the first click.

  • Changing a title back to what it was right after a save now sticks.

  • Clearing a note’s title now saves, and deleting a note asks you to confirm unless it’s empty.

  • Deleting an agenda now also deletes all the notes and topic descriptions written in it.

  • Loading placeholders are visible again in dark mode.

  • Tapping the Collections list no longer pops up the keyboard.

1.1.2

October 19, 2026

A quick fix for collection rules.

Fixed

  • Deleting the last rule from a collection now sticks.

1.1.1

October 15, 2026

Your color theme now reaches every control, plus polish for the Keeper.

Improved

  • Every button, chip, link and icon now follows the color theme you chose, including pink, orange and purple.

  • The Keeper’s day list now has the spacing and lighter times of the design, and the Today button shows when you’re looking at today.

  • Meetings with one video link get a simpler Join button, and opening a topic no longer shifts the agenda sideways.

Fixed

  • Bulleted and numbered lists in notes keep changing their markers at every level of nesting.

  • The “Calendar connected” chip in agenda settings now shows only to the agenda’s owner, the one person who can link a meeting.

  • The collections badge in the header lines up with the Join button again.

1.1.0

October 14, 2026

Manage collections from the agenda header, and join meetings that have two video links.

New

  • Manage which collections an agenda belongs to from one dropdown in the agenda header.

  • When a meeting has two video links, like Google Meet and Zoom, you get a Join button for each.

Improved

  • When Agenda Keeper moves an agenda to a meeting’s new time on its own, the calendar card now tells you.

  • “Join meeting” looks the same everywhere, with a clearer Zoom icon.

  • Saving your profile, email or password now confirms with a short message instead of moving the Save button.

Fixed

  • Nested lists in notes alternate their markers correctly.

  • Topics no longer stretch while you drag them.

  • Topic number badges now use your theme color and are readable in dark mode.

  • The Create Collection button keeps its label, however long a name you type.

1.0.1

October 13, 2026

Your avatar shows for everyone, and Join meeting finds the right link.

Improved

  • The fun face you pick as your avatar now shows for everyone, and a Google photo previews as soon as you pick it.

  • Join meeting now finds Zoom links in an event’s location or description, and opens the meeting itself rather than another page.

  • When a meeting moves or one occurrence is deleted from your calendar, your agenda now follows it to the right meeting.

Fixed

  • Changing an agenda’s date or time now keeps the meeting’s length.

  • Collection tags on meeting cards are readable in dark mode.

  • Sharing with someone whose email has capital letters now finds their account and respects their email preferences.

  • When you link a calendar event to a new agenda, its rows stay on one line and the prompt to copy invitees is clearer.
